The Clarkia AR Insulated Hoody is a durable, breathable and lightly insulated women’s jacket developed for cool-weather rock climbing, bouldering and relaxed days at the crag. Its combination of a rugged canvas exterior and lightweight synthetic insulation provides warmth and protection without creating a technical hardshell feel. The heavyweight 315 g/m² outer fabric combines organic cotton with recycled nylon. This durable and slightly stretchy canvas resists abrasion from rough rock while providing a softer, more natural feel than conventional synthetic shell materials. Recycled Coreloft synthetic insulation provides lightweight warmth and continues insulating if exposed to moisture. The 40 g/m² insulation level adds enough warmth for cool conditions and rest periods without making the jacket excessively bulky. A soft, air-permeable knitted lining improves next-to-skin comfort and allows heat and moisture to escape. The relaxed women’s fit leaves room for movement and layering, making the jacket suitable for extended climbing sessions and casual outdoor use. The streamlined hood uses concealed adjusters for a clean profile. Flapped zippered hand pockets include soft linings for additional comfort, while internal stretch-knit cuffs keep the sleeves secure and leave the hands unrestricted.
