The Norvan Jacket is an ultralight waterproof shell developed for high-output trail running in wet and windy conditions. It combines complete weather protection with the breathability, low weight and freedom of movement required for sustained efforts in the mountains.
Its three-layer GORE-TEX ePE construction provides waterproof and windproof protection while allowing internal moisture to escape. The lightweight 15-denier recycled nylon face keeps the jacket packable, while the soft GORE C-KNIT backer improves next-to-skin comfort, reduces noise and supports efficient moisture transfer.
Underarm vents and a ventilated rear yoke regulate temperature without requiring the jacket to be opened. Articulated patterning and ergonomic seam placement reduce restriction and irritation while running. Small windows in the sleeves allow the wearer to check a sports watch without pulling back the cuffs.
The fitted hood adjusts with a single pull, while elasticated cuffs and hem help seal out drafts. Reflective details improve visibility in low light, and an integrated RECCO reflector can assist rescue teams equipped with compatible detectors. The jacket packs into its own zippered hip pocket for compact storage.
